What we do differently
Same-day response. When you have pests, every day matters. Mice breed. Bed bugs spread. Cockroach colonies grow. We dispatch the same day across the GTA because waiting a week makes the job bigger, harder, and more expensive for everyone.
Treatments that actually work. We use heat for bed bugs because it kills every life stage in one visit. We do exclusion work for rodents because traps without sealing entry points is a temporary fix. We use gel baits and IGRs for cockroaches because spraying baseboards just scatters them. The right method for each pest, not whatever is cheapest or fastest.
Straight talk. We will tell you what you are dealing with, what it will cost, and how long it will take. If we think you can handle it yourself, we will tell you that too. We would rather earn your trust than your money on a job you did not need.
Licensed and insured
Every technician we dispatch holds a valid Ontario Exterminator Licence under the Pesticides Act. We carry full commercial liability insurance. We use only Health Canada-registered products and follow Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles — the least-toxic effective method first.
